HOLOCAUST REMEMBRANCE: BULBS TO BLOOMS
Part One - Daffodil Planting Ceremony: On December 1, 2024, we will gather at the Anne Frank Center at USC to plant daffodil bulbs as part of this global effort. This is a significant first step in our two-part remembrance event. Click here to register your attendance.
Part Two - Holocaust Remembrance Day Ceremony: On January 26, 2025, join us at USC for the official memorial ceremony at the daffodil garden, as we come together with other Jewish organizations to reflect and stand united in memory of the Holocaust. More details and registration coming soon.

A Living Holocaust Memorial: Since 2021, Columbia Jewish Federation/Hillel has been proudly participating in The Daffodil Project, which aims to plant 1.5 million daffodils as a living memorial for the children who perished during the Holocaust and those suffering from current humanitarian crises.

Local Impact: To date, Columbia Jewish Federation has planted 750 daffodils, symbolizing our commitment to remembrance, education, and the fight against antisemitism. Each daffodil planted honors lives lost and promotes the values of peace and understanding.
