An exploration of the process of Teshuvah (Return)  including mindfulness meditation, both sitting and walking; contemplation in nature in the magical woods across from the Columbia Jewish Day School; and creative interaction with liturgy. The entire community is welcome, and no previous experience with meditation is needed. Childcare available upon request. Led by Meira Warshauer.
