It’s hard to believe, but Spring is just around the corner and soon the time to go play in the garden will be here. These cold, grey months beforehand are a great time to start planning for the upcoming planting season.
As part of the JCC’s Tu B’Shevat celebrations, a South Carolina Master Gardener will be presenting a community workshop on plants native to South Carolina. Come enjoy this presentation on how to create a natural, sustainable garden using the greenery that naturally grows in this part of the country on Sunday, February 15 at 2 pm at the Katie & Irwin Kahn Jewish Community Center.
Please RSVP to lauries@jcccolumbia.org to reserve your spot. This event is free to JCC members; a $2 donation is requested of community members who have not yet joined the JCC.
